Equipment composition
Hfc-propane foam fire extinguishing equipment mainly consists of foam liquid storage tank, foam proportional mixing device, HFC-propane supply device, HFC-propane proportional mixing device, HFC-propane foam generator, control system, valves and pipelines.

1. Foam proportional mixing device
The foam proportional mixing device uses pressure proportional mixing device, balance proportional mixing device, mechanical pump proportional mixing device, etc. The foam proportional mixing device is a product that meets the requirements of GB20031-2005 standard.
2. Sevofluoropropane proportional mixing device
The SEvofluoropropane proportional mixing device proportionally mixes the sevofluoropropane agent in the sevofluoropropane storage device with the foam mixture to form the sevofluoropropane foam mixture. It mainly consists of SEvofluoropropane proportional mixer, control valve, pressure reducing valve, filter and so on.

3. Heptafluoropropane supply unit
Heptafluoropropane supply device shall meet the requirements of GB29572-2010 standard.
4. Sevofluoropropane foam producer
Sevofluoropropane foam generator can use sevofluoropropane and foam mixture to produce uniform dense foam. It has the dual effect of covering air isolation and chemical inhibition, which greatly improves the fire extinguishing efficiency. Sevofluoropropane generator is made of stainless steel.
5. Control system
Hfc-propane foam fire extinguishing device adopts automatic control system, which can realize remote one-click start and on-site manual start system.
Working principle
After receiving the fire signal, the central control room starts the fire pump and sends the start signal to the HFC-propane foam fire extinguishing system control cabinet. The control cabinet starts the foam proportional mixing device, HFC-propane supply device and HFC-propane foam proportional mixing device in sequence according to the set instructions. After the fire fighting pressure water passes through the foam proportional mixing device to form the foam mixture, the foam mixture is transported to the HFC-propane proportional mixing device, where the foam mixture of the HFC-propane proportional mixing device is mixed with HFC-propane to form HFC-propane foam mixture, and the HFC-propane foam mixture is generated by the HFC-propane foam generator to extinguish the fire.
