Structural composition
The device is composed of rain shower alarm valve, proportional mixer, signal butterfly valve, balance valve, liquid supply solenoid valve, outer box and other components. The inlet and outlet water pipe is connected with the inlet and outlet water end through the groove pipe fitting. The inlet of the foam pipe is connected with the foam main pipe by a loose joint; Drain water into the drainage end of the test pipe, and the water outlet of the test drain pipe passes through the ground drain of the drain pipe buried under the bottom plate of the box.


Working principle
Standby state:
Each valve in the control valve group is in the serving state, the rain alarm valve solenoid valve, the foam liquid control solenoid valve is in the closed state, the signal butterfly valve is in the open state, and the circuit connection between the pressure switch and the fire control center is normal. The pressure gauge at the inlet of the rain alarm valve and the pressure gauge in the control chamber (showing the water pressure on the water supply side) are in the normal range. The outlet pressure gauge shows 0.
Working status:
In case of fire, the rain shower alarm valve and the foam liquid control solenoid valve will be opened quickly after receiving the start electrical signal sent by the fire control center alarm controller, and the pressure switch will start the fire pump and the foam liquid pump, and the water will enter the water inlet of the proportional mixer after passing through the rain shower alarm valve. The foam liquid flows through the foam liquid control ball valve, the control solenoid valve and the balance valve, and then flows into the foam liquid inlet of the proportional mixer. The proportional mixer mixes the water and the water film forming foam liquid and sends it to the pipe network. The nozzle of the pipe network sprits out foam water mist to extinguish the tunnel fire.
State of emergency:
When the remote electric control fails or the automatic start is not opened when the fire is found, the rain shower alarm valve can be manually opened on the scene to start the emergency ball valve and the foam liquid control solenoid valve for manual emergency start.
